PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Pirates broadcaster and former pitcher Bob Walk joined the guys on The Fan Morning Show for his weekly visit.

Walk says the offense is really starting to get it, but it all hinges on Pedro. “If he keeps hitting, they are capable of some pretty good things.”

Walk also says last night’s start from Kevin Correia was very important because no matter what happens to the offense it’s all about the starting pitching.

Correia’s control was spot on last night and that was the best he has looked in a long time.

Walk also has some stories of clubhouse pranks going on during his playing days like what happened to Brad Lincoln last night.

“Walk on Wednesday” is a weekly feature on the Fan Morning Show Wednesdays at 8:40 a.m.
