Handlers Searching For Missing Show Dog

IRWIN (KDKA) — A local couple is searching for their show dog Quince.

Qunice is an Australian Shepherd and weighs 60 pounds.

His handlers, Jeff Hanlin and Jill Karras, say he jumped the fence in the backyard of their home on Concord Drive in Irwin at about 11 p.m. on the Fourth of July.

They believe he was spooked by the fireworks, causing him to run off.

The couple has posted nearly 1,000 fliers in hopes of finding him and a reward is being offered.

Anyone who may have seen him is asked to call 724-244-3764.
