A virus could knock tens or even hundreds of thousands of computers offline this summer.

The FBI is telling people to check for a type of malware called “DNS changer.”

It’s similar to a virus, and computers infected with it were used by a group of hackers.

Federal agents claim they’ve caught those who are responsible.

In June, a temporary solution to keeping the infected computers online will go away.
