PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — Former MLB All-Star and Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Sean Casey checks in with Vinnie & Cook on Sportsradio 93-7 The Fan.

Casey is upbeat as usual, especially when talking about the Pirates’ moves at the trade deadline.

He thinks that the Pirates “stole” Travis Snider from Toronto, and also looks at what the other players will bring to Pittsburgh.

Casey also breaks down what he has seen from the Pirates’ starting rotation as of late and whether he has the same concerns as Vinnie & Ron do.

As the Pirates gear up for a big series in Cincinnati, Casey talks about what he makes of the Reds’ current hot streak and offers up an idea of how the Pirates can slow them down.
