PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Pittsburgh Steelers Defensive Coordinator Dick Lebeau talked with Joe Starkey of Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN in Pittsburgh about last year’s defense having good numbers, but not necessarily playing at as high a level as they’re accustomed to, especially when it comes to creating turnovers.

We also got a preview from Lebeau on the Steelers week one matchup with Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos, and what Lebeau expects to see from him, as compared to what they saw from him in Indianapolis.

Lebeau also talked about some of the defensive players that were recently let go by the Steelers and how he’ll remember them, including James Farrior and Aaron Smith.

Starkey wrapped things up with Lebeau finding out how much longer he wants to stick around as the Steelers Defensive Coordinator.
