JEANNETTE (KDKA) — A man was taken into custody following a standoff overnight in Westmoreland County.

Officials say the reportedly armed man was holed up with his family in a Jeannette home.

The standoff started around 10 p.m. Wednesday along North Third Street.

The man was arrested around 2 a.m.

There were no reports of injuries.

So far, there’s been no word on what led to the incident.
