ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Police in Elizabeth Township say two areas there are without water following a water main break early Saturday morning.

According to the Elizabeth Township police chief, the Green Oak and Boston areas have no water service at this time.

The break reportedly happened around 6 a.m. near the Youghiogheny Country Club on Greenock Buena Vista Road.

A tanker truck is being stationed at the volunteer fire department for those residents in need of water.

Those residents are asked to bring their own containers to carry the water.

There’s no word yet on when water service will be restored.
