PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – It seems like everywhere you go, there is a comfort level toilet- you know, the ones that are seat level so your knees are straight?

They’re so much more comfortable than the old low ones that you had to squat to use, right?

It turns out, this is the wrong way to use a toilet- by not squatting, you’re actually causing strain on your insides that could lead to pain and injury.
