UNIONTOWN (KDKA) — A Uniontown woman is accused of flagging down drivers and offering to take her clothes off for cash.

Uniontown Police say 35-year-old Jackie Hatter needed money early Sunday morning, but her business plan was brazen.

They say she headed to the intersection of Gallatin and Lennox where she flagged down drivers. Many of them were on their way to church.

Officers say when they got there, Hatter was combative and in possession of marijuana.

“When our officers got there, they took her into custody,” Uniontown Police Lt. Thomas Kolencik said. “She actually ran up to the police car. She matched the description of the callers.”

Hatter is still in jail. Her entrepreneurial efforts ended in two criminal charges.

Police decided not to charge her with prostitution, but she is facing charges of disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.

She remains in jail on $25,000 bond.
