DRAVOSBURG (KDKA) — Allegheny County Police Supt. Charles Moffatt confirmed late Wednesday that county detectives are investigating a potentially shocking case involving a group of high school students.

The initial complaint went to McKeesport Police who immediately turned the case over to county detectives.

Sources tell KDKA that a 15-year-old girl says she was at a weekend party in Dravosburg and claims she was raped and/or sexually assaulted by as many as six teenage boys.

No one has been arrested or charged. Investigators are now beginning to interview the victim, possible suspects and potential witnesses.

If the victim’s story proves to be true and the suspects are under 18, their cases will go through juvenile court.

If they are older than 18, they could face felony rape charges.
