PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – Rob Pratte talked to Commander Scott Schubert, Officer Matt Lackner and Lt. Jason Lando of the Tactical Negotiating Team that took control of the situation that held a grip on downtown and shut down the Gateway Center plaza for several hours Friday.

They told Rob what it is like to be a negotiator and what they do to resolve issues that they have to deal with.

They told us a little bit about what went on Friday and one way that helped on getting the situation resolved.
