PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) — Pitt Analyst Pat Bostick joined John Seibel and Colin Dunlap on the Seibel, Starkey and Miller program to talk about the passing of local college analyst Beano Cook.

Bostick said Cook’s legacy can be felt throughout the Pitt Sports Information Department as “his name is all over everything, and rightfully so.”  Bostick went on to say that he doesn’t know if anyone ever loved the game of college football as much as Beano Cook, and if he can “take some of that vigor in what I do or what we all do in college athletics, or in sports, then the sport is better off.”

We also took a look back at Pitt’s loss last week to Syracuse, how they recovered from it, and what it will take for the Panthers to get a victory on homecoming against the visiting Louisville Cardinals.
