Van Crashes Into Building In Shaler Township
SHALER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Traffic was detoured after an accident in Shaler Township Tuesday night where a van crashed into a building.
Authorities say the crash happened when a van swerved to avoid rear-ending another vehicle that had been involved in a crash along Route 8 at the 900-block of Elfinwild Road.
However, the van ended up crashing into a building housing a business called, Kitchen Fair.
Windows were smashed and the van had some damage.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Route 8 has since reopened.
