PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — Paul Bessire, known better by the the nickname of his program, “The Prediction Machine,” checked in with The Fan Morning Show today to share his NFL picks, as he does every Thursday at 8:40 a.m.

Bessire admitted that his machine, which simulates each game 50,000 times, has struggled at times to get a handle on this season’s action, given that it’s been a somewhat wacky year with a lot of mediocre play.

As usual, Bessire also had a plethora of analysis on upcoming NFL games and he gave the machine’s recommendations for which games should be the best plays and which might be better to stay away from.
