PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Rob Pratte sat down with attorney Joe Friedman from Throp, Reed and Armstrong — a law firm that deals with healthcare.

Friedman says this deal was not as easy as just a financial transaction.

Many things had to happen, including the big issue of this deal needing approval from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. Friedman says there is a lot of tension but at the end of the day he thinks the two entities will get back together and finish a deal.
