“Mangia Selsiccia”, A Cookbook To Stuff Your Sausage

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Ernie and Sherrie Ricci are both authors of  “Mangia Selsiccia,” a cookbook revolving around sausage.

One of the Riccis’ favorite things to make is sausage and they wanted to share their passion with the world.

Saturday, KDKA talk host Johnna Pro spoke live in the studio with the duo on their meaty secrets.

The Riccis own Ricci’s Sausage in Robinson Township. They also join KDKA for the Spaghetti Dinner every year.
