PENN HILLS (KDKA) — Police are investigating after a shooting at shopping center in Penn Hills Tuesday evening.

The plaza is located at the corner of Frankstown Road and Robinson Boulevard.

Police say at least 10 shots were fired outside the liquor store in the Eastwood Shopping Plaza.

The driver of one vehicle backed into another, and then drove off.

The driver of the second car ran from the scene.

One person showed up Tuesday evening at Shadyside Hospital with a gunshot to the ankle.

He claims he was an innocent bystander.

There have been no arrests.
