EAST HILLS (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a man was shot three times during an alleged robbery in the East Hills Monday afternoon.

According to police, the incident happened around 2 p.m. in the 1800-block of Swissvale Avenue.

The victim suffered one gunshot wound to the head and two others to the stomach in the incident.

After the shooting, the victim made his way to Wilkinsburg, where he was found and transported to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

His condition is unknown at this time, but he was alive when he was taken to the hospital.

No arrests have been made at this time.
