Woman Robbed By Man With Sword

FAYETTE COUNTY (KDKA) — A woman at a gas station in Grindstone was robbed by a man with a sword.

Police say the woman was pumping gas at Sweet Pea’s Food Mart, when a man with a sword approached her and held it to her throat.

The victim handed over her purse, and the suspect took off with it.

He was last seen jumping into the back of a white pick-up truck heading towards Brownsville.

The victim was not injured in the robbery, and there is no description of the suspect.
