PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police have arrested a driver who allegedly led them on a chase through parts of the West End and Manchester Friday night.

According to police, they tried to pull the car over, but the driver refused to stop.

The chase that followed started on Ohio River Boulevard and ended at the intersection of Chateau and Lake Streets.

Two police cars were damaged during the chase, but none of the police officers were hurt.

There is no word about what prompted the driver to try and flee at this time.
