PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – Yesterday, KDKA-AM’s Larry Richert and John Shumway invited former KDKA weatherman Bob Kudzma on the show to talk about his school bus driver job and getting kids around in the cold.

They also talked about weather and other forecasters, and that prompted another former weatherman, Joe Dinardo, to call after the show to put his two cents in. So, Larry and John invited him on the show this morning!

Joe talks about his time as a weatherman, what he’s been up to, and what he thinks of modern forecasting.

“Sometimes,I think the news departments hype the weather,” says Dinardo. “At times, that scares people.”
