PITTSBURGH (NEWS RADIO 1020 KDKA) – Rob Pratte sat down with Rep. Keith Rothfus to talk about the start of his term in office.
Rothfus said that being at the State of the Union was special and very impressive. Rob asked him about his vote against relief for the Superstorm Sandy aftermath and why he voted the way he did.
“I wanted to be the one that helped and not our grandchildren,” Rothfus said.
He also said that we can’t continue to pass the buck.
Pratte also asked Rep. Rothfus about the deficit and how he feels the government should deal with the problems.
Rothfus said that they need to take a look at what is important and not just do across the board cuts.
You can listen to Rob Pratte every weekend from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m.
