PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – One person has been arrested in connection with a fatal Beltzhoover shooting in January.
According to police, Deondre Pace, 16, was shot and killed in front of the Sheffield Funeral Home near the corner of Beltzhoover Avenue and Climax Street on Jan. 10.
On Sunday, Wilkinsburg Police arrested Ashanti Montgomery in connection with the shooting.
Montgomery is being charged with criminal homicide and criminal conspiracy in addition to firearms violations.
Pace was an honor roll student and sophomore at Brashear High School.
