Check Treasury Site For Unclaimed Property

United Steel Workers received more than $17,000 today from the state.

The State Treasurer’s Office uncovered the money from the Unclaimed Property Program.

Treasurer Rob McCord delivered the money to the group today.

The treasurer also said today that you have a 10 percent chance of finding money in unclaimed properties that belongs to you.
