PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — State police are investigating another robbery at the Walgreen’s pharmacy in Hempfield Township.

The robbery happened Thursday night while a drug symposium was going on at Hempfield High School to educate the community about heroin and prescription drug problems in the area.

The suspect demanded Oxycodone and got away with a large amount.

This is the most recent in a string of pharmacy robberies in the area.

Police believe a significant number of them are connected.

No arrests have been made.

They are currently working to obtain surveillance video of the suspect.

Anyone with information about the robbery should contact state police at the Greensburg barracks.
