Sen. Ferlo Drops Out Of Mayoral Race
PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- Citing the need to finish out his four-year Senate term, Pennsylvania State Sen. Jim Ferlo on Friday announced he was dropping out of the race for Pittsburgh mayor.
Ferlo said in a statement, "Running a grassroots campaigns in such a short period of time against others who have been running for mayor for years is just too difficult."
Ferlo also told KDKA Radio's Bill Rehkopf he's taking a wait and see approach before making a decision on an endorsement.
