PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Steelers 2013 preseason schedule is out.

This year, the New York Giants and the Kansas City Chiefs will come to Heinz Field as part of the four-game schedule.

The Steelers will open the preseason at home when they host the Giants. According to the team, it will mark the first time since 1992 that they will host the Giants in a preseason game.

In Week 2, the Steelers will head to FedEx Field for a game against the Washington Redskins that will be featured on national television on Aug. 19 at 8 p.m.

Week 3 will bring the Kansas City Chiefs to Pittsburgh, and then the Steelers will wrap up preseason action on the road against the Carolina Panthers.

Exact dates have not yet been announced aside from the Monday night game against the Redskins.

KDKA-TV will carry the Giants, Chiefs and Panthers games.
