Beechview Man Hospitalized After Being Found Naked & Burned
BEECHVIEW (KDKA) - Police are investigating after a man was found naked and burned in his home Thursday morning.
According to police, the man was found in his home on Vodeli Street around 8 p.m.
It does not appear that there was a structure fire inside the home at this time.
Homicide detectives and arson investigators were called to the scene, but they have not confirmed what exactly happened to the man at this time.
Neighbors said the man may have been filling a lighter with lighter fluid and possibly spilled some on his body in the process.
He was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital after suffering severe burns.
