Steelers Pick Up New Cornerback, Punter
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The Steelers have added a new punter and cornerback to the team this season.
The team announced Monday that they signed Zoltan Mesko of the New England Patriots. Mesko was first drafted to the Patriots in 2010.
Second-year punter Drew Butler was dropped as the Steeers acquired Mesko. He had been with the team since 2012.
The team also said it picked up Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Antwon Blake, dropping Isaiah Green.
Blake played 16 games with the Jaguars as an undrafted rookie free agent.
