Dunbar Twp. Man Charged With Trying To Lure Teen Into His Car
DUNBAR TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A Fayette County man is behind bars after allegedly trying to lure a teenage girl into his vehicle.
The alleged incident happened along West Crawford Avenue near Little Summit Road in Dunbar Township just before 11 a.m. Friday.
The suspect, 24-year-old Clarence Belsar, is facing charges of luring a child into a motor vehicle, corruption of minors, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to state police, Belsar was driving down West Crawford Avenue when he encountered the girl and allegedly tried to get her into his car by offering "sex and marijuana."
Belsar was arraigned and taken to the Fayette County Jail in lieu of $25,000 straight cash bond.
