“It’s my granddaughter taking her shopping,” said Steeler fan JoAnn Santucci.

For others it was dress the part and compromise.

“I’m a huge fan, I’m hoping we can get done in time to see the second half,” said Wes Kisner of Etna.

“He was the one who wanted to get the deals, he was for it,” said Crystal Piontek.

At the Ross Township Fox and the Hound , the other half lived – taking in the game while deftly delegating dollar saving duties.

“Mom is actually shopping, I had her drop me off so I could watch the Steeler game,” said Steeler fan Brittany Schafer. I’m doing the hard work.”

But then there was bold, courageous, determined to watch their Steelers then Blitz the stores post-game.
