Pittsburgh Doctor Killed In Turnpike Crash

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – New details on a fatal, chain reaction crash on the Pennsylvania turnpike.

A Pittsburgh doctor was killed in the accident.

Andrew Fisher got out of his car, and went to check on others were involved in the crash.

A car then hit him, and killed him.

The crash happened between Harrisburg and Philadelphia.

Fisher was 35, and part of an internal medicine practice in Oakland affiliated with UPMC.

He was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Medical School.
