PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Opening Day is just around the corner.
With the new season about to begin, PNC Park has been bestowed a new honor.
TripAdvisor has named the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates the top ballpark in the country.
Noted for its amazing views, food options and short bathroom lines, PNC Park came in ahead of stadiums like Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore and AT&T Park in San Francisco, which round out the top three.
Fenway Park in Boston and Busch Stadium in St. Louis come in on the list at No. 4 and No. 5.
Of PNC Park, TripAdvisor says: “Located on Pittsburgh’s North Shore, this ballpark offers stunning views of the Steel City skyline, the Allegheny River, and the Roberto Clemente Bridge. Fans can chow down on local fare including potato pierogies and Primanti Brothers sandwiches stuffed with French fries and coleslaw.”
