Several Tons Of Hummus Recalled Over Listeria Concern

Several tons of hummus are being voluntarily recalled after listeria was found in one batch.

The recall affects hummus made by Lansal Incorporated.

The company supplies hummus for Giant Eagle, Target and Trader Joe's.

The recall involves those stores' brand-name hummus, which are in plastic containers.

No one has gotten sick, but the company is asking customers who purchased the affected hummus to throw it out and contact Lansal Incorporated for a refund.
