Donato's Recipe: Mussels

Ingredients

• Mussels cleaned 1#
• White Onion, Sm Dice 2 tb
• Garlic Minced 1 tb
• White Wine ½ cup
• Pernod ¼ cup
• Marinara ½ cup
• Clam sauce 1 cup
• Leek julienne Fine ½ cup
• Fennel shaved thin ¼ cup
• Salt and Pepper tt
• Bread for dipping grilled

Directions

Saute the white onions, fennel, garlic mix, and leeks. Add the white wine and mussels. Add Marinara and clam base. Cook until open. Adjust seasoning and serve.
