Crime Stoppers: Police Seek Wilkinsburg Rape Suspect
WILKINSBURG (KDKA) -- Wilkinsburg Police have issued an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Delvaughn Carrel.
His last known address was Pittsburgh, and he's still believed to be in the area.
Investigators say Carrel raped a 14-year old girl.
He had been staying at the house where the victim lived because he was acquainted with the girl's family.
Detective Richard Grande of the Wilkinsburg Police Department says the mother of the young girl allowed Carrel to live at the home.
