This position will focus on In Room Dining and new Restaurant menu. Responsible for control quality and consistency of all food served. Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned stations and understand Banquet Event Orders. This person would be responsible for production of orders in a timely manner. This position also requires standing, walking, reaching and/or lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift. Previous culinary experience preferred. Candidate must be available to the overnight shift 2-3 days per week. This is a part time position. (1)

Restaurant Cook Culinary Department
Responsible for control quality and consistency of all food served. Insure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service and all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis. Required to learn all menu items for this position will focus on upscale Terrace Restaurant cuisine. This person would be responsible for production of orders in a timely manner. This position also requires standing, walking, reaching and/or lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift. Previous culinary experience preferred. Must be flexible and available to work all shifts; AM, PM & overnight. Full time position. (1)

Guest Room Attendant Housekeeping Department
This person is responsible for cleaning 17 guest rooms a day. Duties include making bed, dusting, scrubbing floor, tubs, sinks, vacuuming rooms and hallways, and other duties assigned by manager or supervisor. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs throughout shift and push a cart weighing up to approximately 100 lbs. Requires standing, walking, bending throughout shift. Previous experience preferred. This person must be flexible and able to work all days & shifts including AM's, PM's, weekends & holidays. Full time position. (5)

Ideal Service Agent Ideal Service Department / Room Service
This person would be the "one stop shop" for all our guests' and customers' telephone needs and to take ownership of ensuring that all of our guests' requests are fully satisfied in a timely manner. To properly take all guests' Room Service orders, communicate them to the servers and work to expedite their service. To properly perform all control and revenue related paperwork. Excellent communication skills required and some computer skills are preferred. Must be flexible and able to work all shifts; including AM, PM & overnight shift. Full time position. (1)

Bellperson Guest Services Department
Responsible for efficiently handling guest luggage while serving as an informational source to the guests. Duties include escorting guests to and from their room, communicating available guest services, checking guest packages, controlling traffic flow in the Lobby, providing information about the hotel and city. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs. continually throughout shift. Must have excellent guest service and communication skills. (1)

Cocktail Server Outlets / Restaurants
This person would be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivery, checking back to ensure satisfaction. Ensuring uniform and presence are immaculate and professional at all time. Qualified candidate must have excellent customer service skills This position requires standing and walking throughout shift, lifting trays of at least 50 lbs., reaching and bending. Previous food service and / or bartending experience required and an Alcohol Awareness training class preferred. Must be available to work AM & PM shifts. This is a Full Time position. (2)

DRA / Buffet Attendant Outlets Department
This person will be responsible for station set-up and break down, and will set up the buffet and replenish food items as needed. Stock needed supplies in side stands areas. Ensure the Clean-up of coffee machines and prepared coffee. Set up large trays in Kitchen to run food orders Stock soup spoons and soup under liners at kitchen line. Set-up tea station. Maintain ice supply. Clean and dust all tables to include table legs. Place milk in refrigerator and set-up creamers. Pre-set breadbaskets lined with napkins. Pick-up linen and stock in side stands. Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver and glassware. Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications. Assist servers during meal period. Remove any extra settings. Assist servers with food delivery to guest tables interacting with guests when doing so and any other duties as described by manager. This is an On Call Position. (1)

Bartender Outlets / Restaurants
This person would be responsible for proper set up and maintaining a clean and efficient bar throughout their shift. Approaching and greeting guests, taking orders, make and deliver order, checking back to ensure satisfaction. Ensuring uniform and presence are immaculate and professional at all time. Also responsible for cleaning bar areas during and after shift. Person would help with glassware par levels and inventory and complete other duties as assigned by management. Some equipment operation involved, bending and lifting involved, continuous standing and walking. This person will spend majority of shifts bartending with some serving shifts required. Previous bartending experience required and an Alcohol Awareness training class preferred. Must be flexible and able to work AM's, PM's, Weekends and Holidays. This a Part time position. (2)

Front Desk Agent Front Office Department
This person would be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel; offering information regarding hotel services and amenities; giving directions; dining and entertainment options. Must be able to complete a daily shift report and balance paper work and cash drawer. Typing skills and computer experience preferred. Previous hotel experience preferred, customer service experience required. This position requires standing and walking throughout shift. Applicant must be flexible and able to work am, pm, weekends and holidays. Full time position. (1)

Utility Steward Stewarding Department
This person is responsible for cleaning pots, pans and all other cookware utensils. Keeps cookware washing area and kitchen floor clean and free of debris. Also will store clean items in proper locations, empty trash containers, operate compactor and complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. This job requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 70 pounds. Must be available to work all shifts; AM, PM & overnight. Full time position. (2)

Terrace Server Outlets / Restaurants
Qualified candidate must have excellent customer service, sales, and food service skills in a high volume, fine dining, upscale restaurant. This position requires standing and walking throughout shift, lifting trays of up to 50 lbs, reaching and bending. Alcohol Awareness certification preferred. Previous food service experience required. Hotel Restaurant serving experience preferred. TIPS or another Alcohol Awareness training class preferred. This person must be available to work AM's, PM's, weekends and holiday shifts. Full time position. (1)

Banquet Bar Porter Beverage Department
Responsible for assisting bartender's in maintaining bar cleanliness, setup and stock. Responsible for assisting in bar setup, opening and closing of banquet bars. Stocking the bar stations to par and assisting with liquor inventory. Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Candidate must be able to work all days and all shifts, including AM and PM shifts. On Call position (2)

Valet Attendant Guest Services Department
This person is responsible for parking and retrieving guest / patron vehicles promptly safely and courteously. Conducts key and vehicle inventory. Completes all necessary parking garage forms and claim tickets. Assists with guest luggage and provides direction and information to guests and patrons. Conducts cleaning of front drive area. Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 70 pounds continually throughout shift. Must have excellent guest service and communication skills and valet driver experience preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and background check of driving record will be completed. Must be able to operate and drive safely automatic and manual automobiles. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work am, pm and overnight shifts. (1)

Management/Supervisor Positions
Assistance Front Office Manager Management
Responsible for ensuring maximum Front Office operating efficiency. Candidate will spend about 50% of the time working at the Front Desk with the staff. The remainder of the time will be spent in scheduled training courses, attending Revenue Merchandising meetings, Credit Meetings, P&L meetings, Strategy meetings, daily am or pm stand up meetings and Rooms Division meetings. Responsible for maintaining all the training for new hires, keeping training boards up to date, building strong communication with department objectives and its associates, supporting staff when needed and assisting Front Office Manager with projects. Responsible for managing the department in the absence of the Front Office Manager. Previous Front Office supervisory / management experience required. Must be flexible with availability and able to work AM's, PM's, weekends and holidays. (1)

Human Resources Manager Human Resources Department
Primary focus will be Employment, Recruiting and strong focus on the administration of employment records. This person will be responsible for pre-screening candidates and interviewing for all open hourly and management positions. This person will post job openings internally and externally to recruiting sources and online sites. This person will maintain relationships with recruiting sources and seek new recruiting contacts. Candidate will be responsible for visiting agencies, schools, and recruiting sources, which does require minimum travel. This person will also be responsible for unemployment claims and attending hearings. This person will assist with benefits, associate relations, and other projects as assigned by H.R. Management. Candidate must be detailed-oriented, have the ability to multi-task and complete projects simultaneously within deadlines. Previous Human Resources experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Candidate should be flexible with availability and be prepared to represent the hotel at recruiting and employee relations events during non-traditional hours. (1)

Job Title: Resident Accounts Specialist

Department: Kane Regional Centers

Salary Range: $2,578.16 per month

Minimum Requirements: Associate's Degree in a related field AND one (1) year experience in a nursing facility office, hospital office, or medical office processing patient account information. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Position Summary: The incumbent, upon a resident's admission to the facility, assists both resident and family members' transition, coordinates the initial steps of the business office admission process, and thereafter process resident fund transactions, facility census tracking procedures, and handles other resident account related workflows.

Duties:
• Verifies primary and secondary insurance and includes deductibles, coinsurance, billing forms, and other related documentation; Provides such information to other health providers such as pharmacy, lab, physicians, ambulance, therapy, radiology, etc. as appropriate.
• Prepares, reviews, and explains Kane Regional Center admission packet documentation with Resident/Family upon admission to the facility and schedules admission meetings.
• Inputs resident data into computer databases and creates and distributes face sheets and addressograph plates.
• Prepares documentation for biller to submit for reimbursement.
• Communicates with family members, hospital representatives, and physician offices regarding resident's finances and notifies resident or family member if resident account balance is close to Medical Assistance Limits.
• Assists with monitoring MA approvals and renewal applications, coordinates AAA Options assessments and material, and processes MA opening letters.
• Assists with resident quarterly resident fund statements distribution and updates resident and family contact information.
• Establishes Irrevocable Burial Funds for residents.
• Obtains documentation for all resident fund disbursements, including actual receipts for monies forwarded to, and spent by, Power of Attorneys and family members.
• Completes check requests and vouchers for withdrawals and payment of bills, batches the vouchers daily, and verifies accuracy of data entry report that comes back.
• Monitors hospital transfers, posts census changes to computer, and distributes census data.
• Assists with daily census reconciliation as directed by the Business Office Manager.
• Receives payments and issues receipts. Posts payments to computer system and notifies Manager of rejected claims.
• Acts as cashier for resident funds, obtains required signatures , batches the cash withdrawals daily, and verifies accuracy of data entry report.
• Inputs resident fund withdrawals daily into billing software system.
• Handles resident close account process procedures at the beginning of the day of discharge.
• Screens private statements as directed.
• Maintains organized filing system, task lists, in and out baskets, tickler files, and to do lists.
• Performs related tasks and duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
