Frazer Township Police report that about two months ago they investigated a similar case in which Allan Walls was a possible suspect.

In this case, police say a source alerted them a buy was taking place Tuesday.

"We were able to apprehend all three at the Target parking lot in Harmar Township through an individual that we have a working agreement with since around March," Frazier Township Police Sgt. Brian Pazak said.

All three men are now being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
