Man Killed, Woman Injured In Double Shooting In Beaver Falls

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating a double shooting near a local Sheetz overnight that left one person dead and another injured.

It happened at the Sheetz on Fourth Avenue in Beaver Falls just before 2 a.m.

Police say 29-year-old Louis Singleton was driving a car with a female passenger and an infant in the car.

Singleton and the woman were both shot, however the woman was able to grab ahold of the steering wheel and pull the car over to a nearby Sheetz.

Singleton was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries. The woman was treated and released.

The infant was not injured in the shooting.

Police say the shooter fled the scene in a car at a high rate of speed. They have not released any other details.
