Fayette County Crash Leaves 2 Dead
BULLSKIN TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – A teenager was killed and another person was injured in a Fayette County crash.
According to police, the accident happened near the intersection of Breakneck and East End Roads in Bullskin Township around 4:42 p.m. Thursday.
Tyler Garrett, 22, of Connellsville, was traveling west on Breakneck Road at a high rate of speed. As he approached the intersection, he lost control, spun out and hit a tree.
Both Garrett and a female passenger, Kayla Wiltrout, 16, had to be cut from the vehicle and were flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
Both were later pronounced dead at the hospital.
