Apply To Witness Pa. Lottery Drawings
The Pennsylvania Lottery benefits senior citizens, so why not get more of them involved in the drawing process?
That is the thinking behind a new push to get more people over the age of 55 to apply to witness the drawings in Harrisburg.
In return for their services, the witnesses will receive a scratch-off lottery ticket, a $35 gift certificate and some face time on television.
