Furry Tails: Max & Lord Samson Are Waiting For Forever Homes

Are you looking to bring a pet into your home? Local animal shelters are a great place to find a furry companion. So, as part of Furry Tails, I'll be doing an ongoing feature on adoptable pets from local animal shelters once a week. If you have room in your heart and are looking to bring a lovable ball of fur into your home, maybe one of these guys is meant to be a part of your family!

Max

Western Pa. Humane Society

Max is a playful pup who just loves the spotlight! He loves people, and could really use a patient, loving pal!

Western Pa. Humane Society Pet Profile:
Hi I'm Max! I am an active young guy who likes to stay busy. I'm very playful, I love to meet new friends, and I LOVE TOYS! I am very social and seek attention from my human companions. Staff says that I am a very nice boy but will need a special someone who is patient and willing to work on training. I am very food motivated and full of potential! I even already know some cool tricks like sit and down! It is also noted that I am housetrained. Because I'm kind of large, jumpy, and need to learn some manners, I need to be in a home with teens and adults only!

Animal Friends Pet Profile:
Lord Samson is a regal young fellow with a love for playing around. Lord Samson is a rough player, so while he'd be OK going home with another cat, he needs to go home with another cat with a similar play style. Lord Samson very much enjoys the mouse on a string toy and would love to play with you. Once he has had his fun, he has been known to be a cuddler, so get ready for some serious cat naps! Come meet this handsome cat today!

If you can help, come to Animal Friends at 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, Pa., 15237 or call 412-847-7002. For more information on how you can adopt any of the pets at Animal Friends, visit their website here!
