Man Found Dead Inside Burning Indiana Co. Building

CANOE TWP. (KDKA) -- Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a burning Indiana County building.

According to the Indiana County Coroner, firefighters were called to Gaston Road in Canoe Township around 8 a.m. Saturday.

Firefighters found two buildings "nearly burnt to the ground" and discovered an unidentified man as they were battling the flames.

Evidence of foul play has not been discovered at this time.

Pennsylvania State Police and Fire Marshall from the Punxsutawney barracks are investigating the circumstances of the fire.
