Police Investigating Armed Gas Station Robbery In Oakland
OAKLAND (KDKA) – Police are investigating an armed robbery in Oakland.
According to police, the incident happened around midnight at the Sunoco gas station on Craft Avenue.
A man entered the store, approached the counter and pulled a blue plastic bag out of his pocket. He then pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. The suspect also reached for loose change in the cash register before fleeing the scene on foot.
The suspect is described as an African-American male between 5-feet-10-inches and 6-feet tall. He was wearing a blue bandana and a black hoodie pulled tight over his face. .
No one was injured and no arrests have been made.
