According to police, William Clemmer shot at two of his neighbors about 12 times. More police were sent to the scene and set up a perimeter around Clemmer's home. After conducting interviews in the neighborhood, police were led to believe Clemmer may have fled the scene in a Chevrolet Malibu.

Police say they then searched the area and found a Chevrolet Malibu outside a home on Gans Road. The front door to the home was open, and police found Clemmer inside.

Clemmer was taken into custody, and police obtained a search warrant for the home and the car. Spent rifle casings were found near Clemmer's house.

Clemmer faces aggravated assault and reckless endangerment charges.

No injuries were reported.
