Fishermen Discover Man's Body Floating In Chartiers Creek

WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) -- Investigators in Washington County have identified a body that was found in a creek on Monday evening.

According to the Washington County Coroner's Office, the body was discovered by two fishermen in Chartiers Creek behind Curtis Pharmacy along Henderson Avenue in Washington.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:45 p.m.

He has been identified by the Coroner's Office as 65-year-old Albert Morrell, of Washington, Pennsylvania.
