93.7 The Fan High School Football Preview 2016 Class 1A: Our Lady of Sacred Heart

OLSH
Big Seven Conference

Anyone attending a football game at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart this season would do well to stop at the front gate and purchase a program.

That's because there seems to be a lot of changes to the roster this summer and there is also a new head coach in place,

OLSH announced the hiring of former Ambridge coach Dan Bradley, who has coached for 20 years and been a part of staffs that have won one WPIAL championship and finished as the runner-up in either the WPIAL or PIAA five times.

The Chargers are in just their seventh season as a football program so there is no question that Bradley has some building to do as they are still licking their wounds from an 0-9 campaign.

OLSH was outscored 393-70 last season and finished in last place in the Black Hills conference but there is reason for optimism provided they can get a little help from the WPIAL.

Five players from five different schools have transferred to OLSH but will have to be rule eligible by the WPIAL before they can actually help the cause.

One player that transferred to OLSH - Romnnn Shell - was ruled ineligible because he transferred from Ambridge and played for Bradley last season.

Of all the players that transferred in, the one who seems to have the best chance to be eligible is Tyler Bradley, the son of Dan Bradley.
