Steelers Claim QB Zach Mettenberger
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Pittsburgh Steelers wasted no time in claiming released quarterback Zach Mettenberger.
The team says they claimed Mettenberger off the wires and placed quarterback Bruce Gradkowski on the reserve/injured list.
Mettenberger was released by the San Diego Chargers Monday.
He was originally drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the 6th round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
