Missing 17-Year-Old From Westmoreland Co. Located
NORTH HUNTINGDON TWP. (KDKA) -- Police in Westmoreland County found a teenager who had been missing since Saturday morning.
Police say 17-year-old Thomas Cochran was located sometime Sunday. Further details were not released.
