Port Authority Service Adjustments Take Effect Nov. 19

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) --- Quarterly service adjustments for the Port Authority of Allegheny County go into effect on Sunday, November 19.

The Port Authority says the most significant changes include the reopening of the 7th Street Bridge, Downtown, and the reopening of the Neville Ramp in Oakland.
